We never want costs to stand in the way of quality treatment, which is why we are dedicated to providing our patients with care that is both effective and affordable. Your treatment plan will include a breakdown of all applicable fees, and we will inform you of all costs before treatment is administered. Charges are payable at the time of treatment.

We offer various payment options to accommodate your financial needs, including payment by Visa, MasterCard and Discover. We also offer financing through CareCredit and the Citi Health card.

If special arrangements are needed, please talk to our office manager prior to receiving service. The patient’s anticipated out-of-pocket expenses are due on the day of service.

Insurance

We accept and bill most insurance companies for you. However, we do participate with Northeast Delta Dental (and all the other Delta Dental's by association), the Federal Employee Program through Blue Cross Blue Shield, and Anthem. We also accept insurance benefits for active duty military members through United Concordia. Ability to verify coverage prior to appointments will determine the need for pre-payment of appointments. Please note that we treat our patients in accordance to dental necessity and will not limit treatment to the limitations of any insurance policy. All insurance co-payments and deductibles are due at the time of service.

We will fully attempt to help you receive full insurance benefits; however, you are personally responsible for your account, and we encourage you to contact us if your policy has not paid within 30 days.
